At Thaalia Eloa, we take utmost care in packing and shipping your orders. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please go through the following terms:
- No returns will be accepted unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
- We offer a replacement of the same product if damage occurs during shipping.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming any replacement.
- Customers are required to return the damaged product to us as we do not offer pickup services.
- Damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
